Yes, absolutely! You can customize your flower order according to your preferences, choosing specific types of flowers, colors, and quantities. We offer BUILD YOUR OWN BOXES that allow you to choose every bunch included in the box.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE FRESHNESS OF THE FLOWERS DURING SHIPPING?

We use special packing techniques and overnight shipping to preserve the freshness of our flowers during transit. Each bloom is carefully handled and packaged to maintain its beauty and vitality.

DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?

Yes, we utilize overnight shipping to ensure that your flowers arrive at your doorstep as fresh as possible.

DO YOU HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE FOR REGULAR FLOWER DELIVERIES?

We do not currently offer a subscription service, but please reach out to hello@freshfloralsdirect.com for requests!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@freshfloralsdirect.com and we will do what we can to make it right.

CAN I SPECIFY DELIVERY DATES FOR MY ORDERS?

Yes, we require that you specify the delivery date for your orders. We recommend having your flowers delivered 2-3 days before your event.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR SHIPPING OR HANDLING?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

DO YOU PROVIDE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE FLOWERS UPON DELIVERY?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track its status until it reaches your doorstep.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

We recommend placing your order as early as possible. The earlier you place your order, the better we can source your flowers. We require orders to be placed at least 1 week in advance in order to allow time for harvesting and shipping.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the contiguous United States.
